1. Reservation and purchase

In order to purchase e-shop products online, the Customer must access the dedicated area of ​​the site (Online Shop). Each product for sale is accompanied by photos, description and price.

Within the e-shop you can select and book the individual products offered. It will be sufficient to indicate the quantity and confirm. In this way the products are placed inside the virtual cart.

You can add, cancel or confirm all bookings made up to that moment.

In order to confirm the order, the Customer must proceed with his personal authentication:

- if already registered, using the e-mail address and password;

- if not yet registered, proceeding with the registration, indicating all the requested data.

The purchase will be considered completed only when the order is confirmed by e-mail.

2. Availability of products and selling price

For each item, the unit sales price expressed in euros (€), VAT is indicated. (Value added tax) included.

The minimum order is 6 bottles.

All the products present in the e-shop are normally available in stock. In case of unavailability, even temporary, of one or more products, the Customer will be promptly informed.

3. Terms of payment

For the payment of purchases, the Customer can use the following methods:

to. Credit card of the most important circuits: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS (via Paypal).

b. PAY PAL circuit

c. POSTE PAY circuit (via Paypal)

d. Wire transfer

In this case we must receive payment before the goods are shipped.

Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily include the order date and the customer's name and surname.

The transaction will be carried out in compliance with banking security regulations.

4. Delivery of goods and shipping costs

All products ordered by the Customer and confirmed by the Company Agr. Luigi Antonio Angelini, will be sent by express courier to the address indicated by the customer for delivery.

Shipping in Italy is free.

The shipment of the products will take place only after the payment of the order amount has been duly registered and confirmed to the Company Agr. Luigi Antonio Angelini.

Deliveries will be made only in Italy within 7 working days, from the date of the order and notification of shipment. As soon as the shipment has started, we will send you an e-mail confirming the order departure.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Any variation to the above will be promptly communicated via e-mail to the Customer.

5. Right of withdrawal

The customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a period of 10 working days from the day of receipt of the items ordered.

The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the deadline indicated above, by fax (+39 080 4809408) or e-mail (shop@poderiangelini.com). The shipping costs for returning the goods are the sole responsibility of the customer. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging in perfect condition and subject to agreement with the Az. Agr. Luigi Antonio Angelini.

The goods must be returned with insured package in Free Port; no package sent cash on delivery or freight collect will be collected by the Company Agr. Luigi Antonio Angelini.

The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account within 30 days of receipt of the return.

Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled due to a fact attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will in no case give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered.

Should the return depend on an error by the Company Agr. Luigi Antonio Angelini, the shipping costs will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

6. Applicable law

All contracts concluded are intended to be concluded in Italy and are subject to Italian law.
